SiMP-Seal 640 is a SiMP (Silyl Modified Polymer) elastic adhesive and sealant, extrudable with standard caulking guns. It cures under the influence of atmospheric humidity to form a high-performance, permanently flexible elastic adhesive. Solvent-free and isocyanate-free.
Areas of use: for elastic bonding and sealing applications in industrial assembly, automotive, transportation (buses, caravans, refrigerated vehicles, containers), nautical, air conditioning and ventilation systems, or general construction, where a flexible joint or a powerful elastic adhesive is required for natural, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, and various composites.
Ideal for sealing portholes and windows, doors, hatches, roofs, and walls.
